    Job Description

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The senior marketing channel strategist will lead the planning and execution of omnichannel digital campaigns for educational products targeted at family physicians. The role has a foundation in product marketing strategy, digital channel execution, and campaign performance. The role will support Paid Media and Email Marketing for educational products and collaborate with organic social, content strategy, website strategy and user experience to drive revenue goals upward. Serves as a key liaison across marketing, communications and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, delivery and interpreting effectiveness.

    Key responsibilities include:

    For medical education products, lead the design, execution and optimization of all email campaigns in HubSpot, including drip campaigns, automated workflows, customer journeys, transactional and ad hoc sends—aligned to the user lifecycle and product goals.

     

    Manage and coordinate the strategic marketing calendars, and/or campaign plans for product launches, renewals, and promotions. Maintain detailed campaign documentation, including briefs, timelines, asset needs and approval workflows.

     

    For products, develop and refine audience segmentation, A/B testing strategies, and performance analytics to improve engagement, ensure deliverability and compliance, and drive higher conversion and retention across all email marketing efforts.

     

    In coordination with the Paid Media team and/or vendor, lead the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns (search, display, social, etc.) that support product goals and align with audience behaviors and funnel stages.

     

    Analyze campaign performance to guide real-time adjustments, future media planning, and broader cross-channel strategy integration.

     

    Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related area (or through equivalent work experience), plus a minimum of six years related work experience.

    Required skills for success include:

    + Attention to detail.

    + Highly proficient with HubSpot or digital marketing automation tools.

    + Relevant experience with guiding business principles of Revenue, Profit, Sales goals, Product Strategy, etc.

    + Proven communication skills in articulating ideas, collaborating with colleagues, and giving and receiving feedback.

    + Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    + HubSpot certification (preferred)
