Salary range:** **$76,124 - $108,477.
As a Senior Production Planner, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across Fresh Realm’s fast-growing network. You’ll lead the development and execution of production plans by improving current processes and standardization of our planning tools across facilities. You will optimize planning workflows by maintaining and enhancing existing files and reports in Excel and connect data from Cloud Analytics, Deacom, Menu Admin, SAP and more. Your expertise will help bridge gaps between disparate data sources in facilities and to enable smoother production execution and reporting.
You will work directly with key stakeholders across fulfillment, manufacturing, and corporate operation. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing the analytical tools, models, and data-driven insights that support the scaling of operations and effective demand management. Your work will directly contribute to improving customer experience while minimizing operational costs. You will take ownership and proactively resolve challenges, working closely with production and planning teams to identify root causes, develop actionable plans, and ensure timely, complete delivery of orders. By leveraging data analytics and process improvement strategies, you will drive efficiencies, monitor key performance metrics, and continuously refine processes to meet organizational goals. You will be a key ingredient in providing direction to production personnel to deliver a plan that is on-time and in full. Production Planners will have dotted-line report to the Senior Production Planner.
Key Responsibilities
Objectives of this Role
+ Evaluate and optimize cost savings in manufacturing, maximize resource allocation, determine estimated labor costs and to be shared with the team.
+ Develop and implement operational sequences based on inventory demand and forecasts, while bridging material flow gaps across disconnected systems by enhancing Excel-based planning tools.
+ Perform statistical analysis on historical data of operations, manufacturing and fulfillment to aid in theplanning of upcoming projects.
+ Measure the benefits of process improvements and recommend changes to better accommodate the requirements of our diverse customer base and to drive efficiency.
+ Create and maintainan analysis framework that assesses the utilization of facilities and labors, provides visibility onefficiency gaps in production, andidentifies opportunities for cost savings improvements.
+ Examine differing material methods and varying optimizations for personnel utilization according to customer order specifications and facilities constraints, utilizing existing ERP/MRP and in house systems.
+ Coordinate with fulfillment engineers, data analyticsteamsand other key stakeholders to problem-solve, drive improvements by discussing and implementing solutions to eliminate redundant manual tasks and establish automated processes, while maintaining quality standards and reliability.
+ Direct the development of a new system designed to better meet the requirements of our distinct customer base, identifying similar production planning patterns across current and new customers, integrating all customers into a unified platform.
+ Be the subject matter expert for third party MRP/ERP systems (Cloud Analytics, Microsoft Navision, etc) to easily navigate the knowledge base and learn the different requirements of meal order production sequence unique to each customer, and to familiarize additional customer order requests.
+ Manage and modify schedules to optimize meal order production, sequencing and capacity planning to improve plant operations.
+ Monitor inventory levels to address shortages and resolve overproduction or rework issues.
+ Communicate schedule changes, and ensure alignment across manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics teams.
+ Provide support for other planners and perform additional assigned duties.

+ Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (OTIF, UPEH, etc.)
+ Interest in the food & e-Commerce industries
+ Intermediate Understanding of MRP & ERP Systems
+ Knowledge of Cloud software systems - Warehouse Management Systems/Oracle/SAP and other Cloud based software
+ Advanced knowledge of Google Suite Products & Microsoft Office Software (Excel advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Experience / Education
+ Minimum Bachelor’s inIndustrial Engineering orProduction Engineering
+ Strong analytical background with experience applying mathematical models, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making to business processes.
+ Experience in inventory management, production scheduling, and demand forecasting, with a focus on process optimization.
+ Some experience in creating production plans and schedules preferred.
+ Background in demand or supply planning is a plus.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
