    As our Tool Crib Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations—responsible for managing the flow of tools, equipment, and materials that empower our shop and field technicians to do their best work.

     

    You’ll ensure everything is in its place, ready to go, and safe to use. Think of it as being the ultimate backstage coordinator for a high-performance team.

     

    Safety isn’t just a priority—it’s our culture. You’ll be a champion of safe practices while keeping things organized, efficient, and ready for action.

    Requirements

    What You’ll Be Doing

     

    + Receive, store, and issue hand tools, machine tools, perishables, and project-related equipment.

    + Select and prepare the right tools and equipment for both in-shop and field jobs.

    + Maintain accurate manual and electronic records of all issued and returned items using TRACE.

    + Handle incoming and outgoing shipments via UPS/FedEx and assist with loading/unloading using forklifts or overhead cranes.

    + Replenish stock, issue requisitions, and purchase assigned materials in coordination with Purchasing.

    + Keep the tool crib clean, safe, and organized.

     

    What You Bring to the Table

     

    + High school diploma or GED preferred.

    + 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

    + Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.

    + Skilled in inspecting and measuring tools and components.

    + Knowledge of carbide drills, end mills, boring tools, and more.

    + Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.

     

    Bonus Points If You Have

     

    + Machining experience.

    + A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure.

    + A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
