    As the Institute Director II, you are responsible for leading two of the most prestigious, patient-facing programs in the enterprise, Executive Health and Concierge Medicine. Both of which serve the organization's most high-profile patients including C-Suite executives, major donors, and public figures. Your efforts will center on ensuring administrative efficiency, provider support and integrity across multiple geographic markets including Ohio, Florida, and Nevada-and work strategically with international sites in London, Abu Dhabi, and Toronto. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of concierge care and executive health; while closely collaborating with the department chair, local site leaders and hospital executives, you will help Cleveland Clinic continue striving to provide world-class and patient-centered care across the globe.

     

    A caregiver in this position works days, from 8:00AM-5:00PM.

    A caregiver who excels in this role will:

    + Collaborate with physician and APP leadership to optimize provider productivity and schedule (weekly or inpatient service).

    + Manage provider template design, decision tree and provider fill rates (outpatient institutes).

    + Lead team responsible for provider recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, manage provider allocation to support facility space utilization and work with hospital teams to enable hospital throughput.

    + Partner with Ambulatory Operations/Access Team for scheduling inbound and outbound patients and ensuring scheduling algorithms and standard work are optimized routinely.

    + Work closely with local teams to ensure they are structured to meet patients served and growth targets.

    + Align practices within market to enterprise standards established by Institute, implement practice support models and ensure coordination between local provider support teams.

    + Assess and report service line financial performance (patient level encounter reporting), including revenue per encounter, cost per encounter, contribution margin and LOS observed.

    + Consistently evaluate profitability of services at each location and consult market and shared services on opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities.

    + Execute strategic growth plans, provider recruitment and programmatic development according to the long-term strategic plan.

    + Closely partner with all Quality, Patient Safety and Experience (QPSE) teams to execute objectives and key results.

    + Ensure adoption of Institute based quality systems and metrics to drive quality improvement work within a market

    + Support local market QPSE initiatives from market leadership teams, ensure market achieves specialty standards for patient experience, assure regulatory requirements (TJC, AHCA, CMS, NFPA, OSHA, etc.) are met and collaborate with the governing body, management, medical staff and clinical staff in planning, promoting and conducting department performance assessments and improvements.

    + On behalf of the Executive Director, consult teams in different markets to drive clinical and operational standards across the Cleveland Clinic as appropriate.

    Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field

    + Five years of progressively responsible/supervisory experience OR Master's Degree and three years of experience

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

    + Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.

    + Ability to travel throughout the health system.

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

     

    Pay Range

     

    Minimum hourly: $48.99

     

    Maximum hourly: $74.71

     

    The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
