    _What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health_

     

    Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

     

    Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners.

    _Responsibilities_

    + Manage BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Partner for designated area

    + Management reporting on results, risks, opportunities, trends as well as ad hoc as needed

    + Operational Excellence mindset to drive improvement efforts for on-shore and/or off-shore teams

    + Project management mindset to drive collaborative efforts across multiple teams

    + Business to business collections - problem solving with customer on payment issues

    + Travel possible up to 10%

    _Qualifications_

    + Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

    + 8-12 years of experience, preferred

    + 5-7 years of business experience including collections, finance or customer service preferred

    + 2-4 years of management experience preferred

    + Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with personnel at various levels

    + MS Office experience (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

    + SAP and Business Objects experience preferred

    _Location_

    + Ideal candidate will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule - coming into the Dublin, OH office 2-3 days a week and working the other days remote.

    + Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects

    **Anticipated salary range:** $87,700-$131,565
