Operations are responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
_Job Summary_
The Senior Replenishment Associate, Warehouse Operations applies broad knowledge to ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of the facility’s inventory, replenishments, forward pick rotations while supporting the picking associates in their tasks by offering already learned knowledge. The Senior Replenishment associate will operate MHE daily providing varying levels of support to the warehouse operation.
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, some overtime is required dependent on business needs.
_Responsibilities_
+ Operate MHE safely and within the prescribed guidelines of the PIT policies.
+ Perform replenishment tasks for the entirety of the warehouse.
+ Pick full pallet orders as needed to support the order flow.
+ Complete FEFO moves to ensure compliance with client expectations.
+ May be required to select orders if needed.
+ Learn every function within the operations department.
+ Assist in daily housekeeping tasks. (i.e., empty pallet removal, plastic, bands, etc.)
+ Ability to lead the team in prioritizing daily volume for maintaining and increasing the pick teams’ productivity.
+ Must be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
_Qualifications_
+ High school diploma or GED required some college preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to organize workload efficiently.
+ Experience with Elite, MHE and RF gun is preferred.

+ Works with limited supervision. Work occasionally involves reviewing output by the work lead or supervisor.
+ Provides general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
**Anticipated hourly range:** $21.50 per hour - $25.80 per hour
