Job Title: Lease Negotiation Coordinator – Full-time position located in SSC. This position is not remote.

Summary: Administrative support to lease negotiators and lease negotiation manager. Serves as liaison between legal department and real estate department in preparing and submitting leases for signature. Administrative support for off-site real estate attorneys working remotely.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Copy and collate final lease documents and prepare and submit lease package for review and signature

+ Create and submit final lease packages to be completed in DocuSign whenever possible

+ Prepare transmittal letters to send along with the signed leases to landlords

+ Review fully executed leases for changes

+ Update SLM/Tango with dates and info

+ Special projects as required

+ Pre-turnover packages (Dollar Tree only)

+ Prepare lease negotiation reports in Excel

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

+ Capable of working independently

+ Capable of advanced problem solving under pressure

+ Prioritizing – handling multiple projects at the same time

+ Can work in an urgent situation when necessary

+ Proficient in MS Word

+ Detailed self-starter

+ Great organizational skills

+ Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

+ Enjoys working on a team

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in using DocuSign and Microsoft Word
