Albemarle is seeking rising sophomores and juniors to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program. The ideal candidate would be available to work full-time for 12 weeks from **May 18th - August 7th** at any one of our sites.

We are currently seeking** **interns** **to support the following functions:

+ Internal Audit

+ Data Science

+ Human Resources

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Strong written and verbal communications skills

+ Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hrs/week)

+ Prior internship experience is a plus.

EDUCATION

+ Seeking sophomore or junior level candidates (any graduation date between Dec 2026 to Dec 2028)

+ Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources or a business related field.

+ Desired Cumulative GPA 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities for an **Internal Audit** **Intern** may include one or more of the following:

+ Assist with completing engagements from the 2026 Annual Audit Plan

+ Assist with annual SOX control testing as assigned

Job Responsibilities for a **Data Science** **Intern** include one or more of the following:

+ Prompt engineering and training of our internal AI portal to accelerate extraction of insights from call logs and other internal documents

+ Integration of LLMs into our databricks systems to enable self-service of insights to other functions

+ Developing apps for the Data Science portal

Job Responsibilities for a **Human Resources** **Intern** include one or more of the following:

+ Contribute to process improvement by offering insights on enhancing the career fair experience and the use of Eightfold in the workflow.

+ Collaboration with the TA Operations team to implement approved changes from the Early Talent team will be required.

+ Support programs that foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale.

+ Analyze employee survey results and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
