CNO Financial Group is hiring an **On-site** Facilities Experience Coordinator (FEC) who will be the point of contact for both associates and building management and is a visible and knowledgeable ‘go-to’ resource. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and willing to learn, can be flexible and adaptable, is organized, and is comfortable communicating and managing expectations all with a focus on ensuring a positive associate experience.

As a Facilities Experience Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

+ Responsible for greeting associates and guest, will actively support associates’ facilities needs. Coordinate and support events and activities for associates and guests.

+ Scheduling and coordinate associate social events; in partnership with communications create communication material and cascade appropriately.

+ You will partner with the corporate events team and/or business areas and provide facility support for large meetings and events.

+ To ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (elevators, HVAC, etc).

+ Experience in submitting trouble tickets, work orders and requisitions, and understanding all building safety procedures.

The Facilities Experience Coordinator position is well-suited for you if you:

+ Effective communication in informing and updating associates on building issues.

+ Can organize, coordinate and implement assignments related to meetings and events.

+ Ensure the office and meeting rooms are tidy and fully equipped.

+ Handle work-orders, investigate, advance and resolve open tickets in partnership with key building vendors.

+ Can collect keys and key cards upon associate termination, providing to Security.

+ Are experienced in working with an Emergency Response Team (ERT)

+ Are experienced in coordinate the desk reservation system and special parking requirements.

+ Provide support for basic building systems for associates and their guest (i.e., coffee, vending, lighting).

+ Can provide remote assistance or support for FEC responsibilities at other sites.

What you’ll need:

+ Associate's degree or 4 years of demonstrated experience in Hospitality and Facilities management.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with specific expertise in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.

+ Capability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to extended hours as needed to accommodate changing timelines and events.

+ Required experience in facilities, hospitality, event management, communications, or project management.

+ Some travel may be required to the Chicago Corporate Office.

What will set you apart:

+ Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of demonstrated experience in Hospitality and Facilities management.

+ Experience in customer service and event coordination is advantageous.

+ Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, especially in fast-paced environments.

+ Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with the capacity to proactively address and fulfill special requests in a professional and courteous manner.

+ Capability to collaborate effectively with employees and guests at all organizational levels.

+ Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues, as well as communicating innovativesolutions that benefit the organization.
