    Job Description:

    Training and Education Instructor

    **Location:** Pasadena,TX

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Starting at $14/hr

    Your work will play a critical role in shaping and supporting a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, positively impacting the lives of more than 65,000 patients across the country.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs for new hires and current staff

    + Assist in onboarding processes and continuing education initiatives

    + Develop and deliver educational content tailored to various learning styles

    + Identify knowledge gaps and work with leadership to improve training materials

    + Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance

    Requirements:

    + Minimum of 2 years' experience in the home care or home health industry

    + Prior training or educational experience preferred

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to engage and motivate adult learners

    + Valid driver’s license and insurance

    + Reliable transportation
