    Job Description:

    Staffing Specialist

     

    Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

     

    Starting at $17/hr

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage ongoing scheduling of homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services, including planned and unplanned absences

    + Ensure all clients without an attendant (CWA), holds, and updates are managed per protocol, with timely submission of regulatory documentation

    + Provide weekly CWA reports and maintain client communication and documentation in Arrow

    + Submit client communication forms (2067) as required

    + Complete compliance items in Arrow and track new hire status

    + Update attendant availability and ensure compliance with orientation procedures

    + Maintain accurate caregiver schedules and connect weekly with CWA clients to keep them informed

    + Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Experience or personal understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled populations

    + 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred

    + Access to reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance as required by state law
