    AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role ofFood Service Supervisor at East End Offices Starbucks in Akron, OH.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Train and guide other team members on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.

    + Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions

    + Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

    + Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs

    + Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels

    + Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, team members, etc.

    + Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

    Job Requirements:

    + Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred

    + Previous food service experience required

    + Must be able to work independently with limited supervision

    + Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

    + Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs

    + Afternoons and weekends
