    Care Team Supervisor

     

    Full Time (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) | Starting at $17/hr

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High School Diploma or GED (required)

    + 60 College Credit Hours **or** 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting

    + Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable state regulations (preferred)

    + Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

    + Reliable transportation to fulfill job duties

    + Genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care
