    **Job Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    **Shifts Available:** 2nd & 3rd Shift

     

    Starting Pay:** Competitive, with a raise to **$21+ after 90 days

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate and maintain various types of machinery

    + Set up, adjust, and ensure optimal machine performance

    + Assemble components/products per blueprints and specifications

    + Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

    + Conduct quality checks on finished goods

    + Troubleshoot machinery and process issues

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

    + Work collaboratively to meet production goals

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Strong reliability and excellent attendance

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

    + High school diploma, GED, or transcripts **required**
