Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and decision-making skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Logistics Coordinator
Pay Range:19.50
Shift:1st shift
What's the Job?
+ Report and document physical inventory and system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Utilize inventory and warehouse management systems to prepare and track materials for shipping and receiving.
+ Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or shipped.
+ Assist in loading shipments and preparing outbound shipping labels and documentation, including international shipments.
+ Perform daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and generate inventory reports to maintain accurate records.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of one year experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
+ Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.
