    Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the internal communications team supporting the Panasonic Energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport, and a creative problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Communications Specialist

    **Location:** Olathe, KS

    **Pay Range:** $58.10 per hour

    **Shift:** 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Responsible for end-to-end creation and deployment of internal communications supporting Panasonic Energy business and culture initiatives.

    + Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of business-related communication requests.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to keep the PowerHub intranet updated with relevant content.

    + Assist in the coordination and execution of live meetings and events, such as the All Hands Meeting.

    + Analyze the effectiveness of internal communications programs and provide recommendations for improvements.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.

    + Two (2) years of related experience in a Marketing or Communications-related function, or five (5) years of equivalent experience.

    + Demonstrated experience in internal communications within a manufacturing environment.

    + Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and graphic design software such as Canva.

    + Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive corporate messages.
