Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Quality Lab Associate to join their team. As a Quality Lab Associate, you will be part of the laboratory team supporting critical healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Quality Lab Associate

Pay Range: $24/hour

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What's the Job?

+ Support the Environmental Monitoring Program within a regulated laboratory environment

+ Perform microbiological testing and environmental sampling in clean room settings

+ Operate laboratory instruments and accurately record data using lab systems

+ Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and maintain proper documentation practices

+ Support special project testing and maintain data integrity through meticulous record-keeping

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or Biological Sciences

+ 0–2 years of related laboratory experience

+ Strong attention to detail and reading comprehension skills

+ Basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation

+ Proficiency with computer systems and multitasking abilities
