Predictive Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

• **Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL

• **Pay:** $30–$35/hr (based on experience)

• **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (plus overtime, including some Saturdays)

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician with a solid background in manufacturing? Our client is looking for a **Predictive Maintenance Technician** to help ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to keep machines running smoothly

+ Repair or replace components in pneumatic, hydraulic, and fluid systems

+ Maintain accurate service records and documentation

+ Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency

What You Bring

+ **3+ years** of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

+ Strong knowledge of **electrical systems** , **pneumatics** , **hydraulics** , and **fluid systems**

+ Skilled in using hand tools and following safety protocols

+ High school diploma or equivalent
