Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an **RTL Design Engineer 4** to join their team. As an **RTL Design Engineer 4** , you will be part of the EDA group supporting various hardware teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:** **RTL Design Engineer 4

Pay Range: $65.50 - $72.05.hr on Experis W2

What's the Job?

+ Own and optimize RTL-to-GDSII implementation flows using Synopsys Fusion Compiler.

+ Develop and maintain RTLA-based power estimation and optimization flows.

+ Collaborate with RTL and physical design teams to define timing constraints and power intent.

+ Drive methodology improvements for early RTL power estimation and dynamic power optimization.

+ Support debug and convergence of synthesis flows, ensuring effective tool usage across teams.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum 7 years of experience in RTL synthesis and physical implementation using Synopsys tools.

+ Strong command of RTLA and PrimePower RTL flows.

+ Proficiency in scripting (TCL, Python) for flow automation and debugging.

+ Deep understanding of timing constraints and low-power design methodologies.

+ Experience with advanced process nodes and associated challenges.

1. Experience with Synthesis
