Our client, a leader in the poultry processing industry, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting production excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven ability to drive results, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Plant Manager (1st shift AND 3rd shift openings)

Pay Range: $111,000 - $167,000

What's the Job?

+ Provide leadership and direction in production and maintenance operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient production.

+ Supervise management staff to achieve required production and quality standards in a safe manner.

+ Establish and manage operating and capital budgets to maintain a competitive position in the industry.

+ Implement processes to continuously reduce turnover and improve safety results.

+ Develop training programs to enhance supervisory skills and improve the skill set of production associates.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Agriculture, or related discipline.

+ 5 years of related work experience in a high-volume meat protein environment.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of leading teams effectively.

+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues at both strategic and functional levels.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
