Title: Business Operations Specialist \ LMS Administrator

We are looking to hire a Business Operations Specialist\LMS Administrator with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) experience to support our ASN Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA), Manpower, Analytics, and Human Resources Systems (MAHRS). The candidate will provide intermediate-level support through the analysis of learning requirements and the design, prototyping, development, configuration, and testing of learning and talent management solutions within Waypoints, the DON’s enterprise learning management system (LMS).

Responsibilities:

+ Investigates issues and change requests to develop a background understanding of the presented issue, concern, or request

+ Leverages comprehensive system knowledge and expertise to independently outline, conduct, and document test scenarios, develop recommended solutions and alternative options, including benefits and considerations

+ Provides strategic and tactical advice in response to support requests and evolving training and talent management requirements and initiatives

+ Develops and contributes to learning solutions within the CSOD LMS of all scope and complexity

+ Collaborates with the delivery team to develop and review high-quality client deliverables and presentation materials in alignment with standards and implements recommended feedback

Knowledge and Skills:

+ Knowledge of the CSOD LMS, including design and implementation of learning solutions for diverse user groups.

+ Knowledge of system testing processes, including developing test cases, validating functionality, and documenting results to support delivery readiness.

+ Ability to investigate issues and change requests to develop a clear understanding of root causes and provide actionable recommendations.

+ Experience working with federal agencies or within a government consulting environment, with familiarity in navigating compliance, stakeholder engagement, and governance protocols.

+ Experience in preparing and delivering high-quality, client-ready presentation materials, including status updates, requirements overviews, and testing documentation.

+ Teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

+ B.A. or B.S. degree and 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems or learning management platforms. Additional years of experience can be substituted for degree.

+ Certification in Cornerstone OnDemand, specifically Core, Learn, and Performance Modules.

+ Security Clearance: All contractor personnel are required to have a favorably adjudicated Tier-3 investigation from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) (e.g., National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Check). This is the equivalent of an Interim SECRET investigation.

+ Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 – $65,000; however, Craig Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
