Our client, Michigan Medicine, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Executive Assistant to the CHRO
Pay Range: $24.00-26.00/hr. - WEEKLY PAY!
**Shift:** 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the CHRO.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CHRO.
+ Assist in planning and executing strategic HR initiatives and projects.
+ Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda development, logistics, and minutes.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in healthcare or higher education.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
+ Compliance with position specific immunization requirements, including MMR, Chickenpox/Varicella, Tdap, and seasonal Flu vaccine, as well as a current negative TB test.
