Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and supply chain industry, is seeking a Customer Service Professional to join their team. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client relationships and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Fairfield, OH
**Pay Range:** $22.52 per hour
Shift: 1st
What's the Job?
+ Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners
+ Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
+ Seek assistance from team members when necessary to resolve issues
+ Recommend solutions for customer inquiries independently or with support from field representatives or managers
+ Manage order entry, follow-up, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
What's Needed?
+ Strong account management skills and customer service orientation
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ High attention to detail and quality of work
+ Ability to resolve basic issues independently or with team support
+ Proficiency with systems such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and other related tools
