Our client, a manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production floor. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years maintenance experience, good attitude and willingness to learn which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $18-22/hour + bonuses

What’s the Job?

+ Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment

+ Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.

+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

+ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.

+ Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

What’s Needed?

+ 1-2 years of Maintenance experience

+ Some knowledge of reading blueprints or schematics

+ Strong mechanical aptitude

+ Knowledge of CNC equipment is a plus but not required
