We are currently looking to fill an Sr Director of Combination Product Development to establish and drive the strategic vision for Regeneron’s device and packaging development organization. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership, build alliances across IOPS, and educate therapeutic area leaders on device options to enhance Regeneron’s product value proposition. The position oversees the integration of device development strategies into broader organizational goals, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and operational excellence.

In this role, a typical day may include the following:

+ Develops and communicates the overarching strategy for device and packaging development, ensuring alignment with Regeneron’s therapeutic and organizational objectives.

+ Engages with Regeneron’s senior leadership to advocate for device-related initiatives and build cross-functional alliances.

+ Leads relationships with alliance partners, device manufacturers, and suppliers, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering innovation.

+ Promotes device development as a critical component of Regeneron’s product value proposition, educating therapeutic area leaders on device options and benefits.

+ Oversees regulatory compliance strategies, ensuring robust documentation, design control, and quality risk management for device and packaging development.

+ Guides industrialization activities, including device component manufacturing and commercial combination product manufacturing, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.

+ Provides leadership and mentorship to device development teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional development.

+ Represents Regeneron at industry forums and conferences, advocating for device-related advancements and partnerships.

+ Ensures all activities align with applicable regulations, industry standards, and Regeneron’s internal policies.

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline and the following amount of experience:

+ Senior Director: 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degrees (e.g., MS, PhD, MBA) are preferred.
