**Overview:** As the SAP S/4HANA OTC Lead for RISE Transformation, you will spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of Order-to-Cash processes during a cloud-enabled digital transformation. This role demands deep functional expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the end-to-end OTC transformation within the RISE with SAP framework, including blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

+ Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive adoption of best practices in S/4HANA Cloud.

+ Architect and configure core OTC processes: order management, pricing, billing, credit management, returns, and revenue recognition.

+ Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, EWM, TM, and third-party systems.

+ Collaborate with global stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP capabilities.

+ Oversee data migration, cutover planning, and change management activities.

+ Mentor and guide functional consultants and business analysts throughout the transformation lifecycle.

+ Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ 10+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years in OTC/SD and 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

+ Proven leadership in RISE with SAP or cloud transformation programs.

+ Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models.

+ Experience with SAP Fiori, IDOCs/EDI, and BTP extensions.

+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; SAP certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

+ Industry experience in CPG, manufacturing, retail, or logistics.

+ Familiarity with DSD (Direct Store Delivery), global trade, and compliance processes.

+ Exposure to AI/ML use cases, analytics, and carbon footprint optimization in OTC.
