    We are seeking a dynamic Life & Annuity Demo Strategy Leader to drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of product demonstrations for our life and annuity insurance software solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of demonstration specialists, develop best practices, and deliver client-focused demos that clearly communicate product value, address client needs, and accelerate sales and adoption. You will serve as a key interface between sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring our demos effectively showcase features, benefits, and technical capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product demonstration specialists focused on life and annuity insurance software.

    + Develop and implement a strategic demo framework tailored to diverse client segments, highlighting product value and competitive differentiation.

    + Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure demonstration content aligns with evolving product features and market needs.

    + Oversee the design and delivery of customized, engaging demos for prospective clients, effectively communicating complex insurance concepts and software functionality.

    + Create and maintain demo environments, scripts, and tools to streamline, standardize, and enhance the demo process.

    + Monitor and analyze demo effectiveness and client feedback to drive continuous improvement in quality, relevance, and impact.

    + Partner with training teams to develop internal demo training programs and certification for demonstration specialists.

    + Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and client workshops.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience leading product demonstration teams, preferably in insurance or financial software.

    + Strong understanding of life and annuity insurance products and processes.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

    + Demonstrated ability to develop strategic frameworks and improve operational processes.

    + Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and engineering functions.

    + Comfortable presenting in front of clients and industry audiences as a thought leader.

    Work Environment

    + The selected candidate may be required to report to the nearest DXC office.

    + Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
