    Apple Valley Villa, a Cassia community, is seeking dedicated Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, or TMA) to join our team in Apple Valley, MN!  At Apple Valley Villa, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike. This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.

     

    As a Caregiver at Apple Valley Villa, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

     

    Position Type: Part-Time

    Shifts Available:

    Days 6:30 AM -  3:00 PM

     

    Nights 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

     

    Wage Range: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour depending on experience

    Caregiver Responsibilities:

    + Provide routine nursing care and services to our residents

    + Administer medications to residents as needed

    + Communicate any resident concerns with licensed nursing staff

    + Assist in resident emergencies

    + Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as needed

    + Perform additional tasks as required

    Caregiver Qualifications:

    + Med Passer experience preferred but not required

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English fluently

    + Strong computer skills

    + Ability to work well with others

    + A passion for fostering fullness of life for those we serve

    + Selected candidates are required to pass background checks

    + Must be 18 years or older
