We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to manage our Woodlands branch. As Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of 4–8 employees, driving performance, member satisfaction, and operational excellence. You’ll champion a member-first culture, foster professional growth, and serve as a visible ambassador in the community to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities👥 Leadership & Team Development
+ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous improvement
+ Facilitate weekly meetings and daily huddles to align goals and strengthen communication
+ Oversee staffing, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives
+ Identify and mentor high-potential employees to build leadership capacity
• Member Experience & Sales Culture
+ Promote a member-centric, service-driven environment with a strong financial guidance mindset
+ Set clear performance expectations and coach staff to exceed service and production goals
+ Resolve escalated member concerns promptly and professionally
•️ Operations & Compliance
+ Manage daily branch operations including lending, teller services, and member support
+ Ensure full compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies
+ Maintain audit readiness, cash control, and operational efficiency
+ Leverage branch technologies to enhance service delivery
• Strategic Growth & Community Engagement
+ Align branch performance with organizational goals to drive membership growth
+ Represent the credit union in community outreach and member events
+ Build relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and local organizations
• Facility Oversight
+ Ensure a clean, safe, and professional branch environment
+ Coordinate facility maintenance and address issues proactively
+ Proven leadership experience in financial services or retail banking
+ Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills
+ Deep understanding of branch operations, compliance, and member service
+ Ability to engage with the community and promote brand visibility
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

+ Salary range from $70,000 to $99,000 and performance incentives - Based on experience
