ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

LoveShackFancy is looking for an Embroidery Specialist to join our warehouse team inSecaucus, NJ. This role can be full-time or part-time - we’re flexible for the right creative fit!

What You'll Do:

+ Bring our products and samples to life with custom embroidery

+ Operate and maintain commercial embroidery machines

+ Work closely with our design + production teams to create pieces used in shoots, collaborations, and special projects

+ Fulfill custom orders (e-commerce and special brand projects)

+ Operate and maintain multi head embroidery machines to personalize

+ Collaborate with design team to ensure artwork is digitized correctly

+ Recommend thread colors, stitch types and placement options that best fit brand and actual product

+ Help keep the magic alive in a fast-paced, creative environment

What We’re Looking For:

+ Experience with embroidery machines (Tajima, Brother, Barudan, or similar)

+ 3 years minimum experience

+ A love of detail, precision, and creativity

+ Someone who’s reliable, collaborative, and excited to work hands-on in our warehouse
