    Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    Pay: $15.00/hour + $4.00/hour shift differential

    What You’ll Do:

    As a Production Associate, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly and safely. You’ll:

     

    + Perform essential production tasks including palletizing, case packing, rework, hand assembly, and sanitation

    + Work efficiently to maintain production speed and meet quality standards

    + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene/safety protocols

    + Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors

    + Keep your work area clean and organized

    + Rotate through various areas and tasks as needed

    + Identify and report quality or food safety issues

    + Lift up to 15 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 60 lbs, depending on assignment

    + Stand for the duration of your shift and perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

    + Willingness to accept feedback and learn new tasks

    + Basic math and reading skills

    + Good attention to detail and ability to recognize quality standards

    + Flexibility to work in multiple production areas

    + Positive attitude and team spirit

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
