We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Executive to oversee multiple large-scale electrical construction projects while providing leadership to our project management team. This role is responsible for ensuring projects meet financial, schedule, and quality goals, developing scalable systems for delivery, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial electrical contracting, strong financial acumen, and proven success in driving operational excellence and growth.

What You’ll Do:
+ Department Leadership & Strategy
+ Supervise and mentor 3+ Project Managers.
+ Assist in establishing performance metrics, training plans, and career development pathways.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
+ Project & Operations Oversight
+ Oversee multiple active projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
+ Assist with the development of scalable systems for project delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation.
+ Ensure compliance with NEC codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations.
+ Financial Management
+ Monitor departmental budgets, cash flow, and cost-to-complete projections.
+ Drive profitability through proactive risk management and value engineering.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting, backlog growth, and margin improvement.
+ Client & Business Development
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing Tribble Electric at industry events and meetings.
+ Support business development by identifying new opportunities and strengthening partnerships.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
+ 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5+ years in electrical contracting.
+ PMP Certification preferred.
+ Demonstrated success managing multiple projects valued over $5M.
+ Strong knowledge of NEC, commercial electrical systems, and construction practices.
+ Strong financial acumen and experience with project forecasting tools such as Procure, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software.
+ Driving Requirements
+ Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
+ Must have positive points on state driving record.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
+ Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
+ All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
+ Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
+ Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
