We are looking for a skilled Technical SAP Analyst to join our Client's team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In this role, you will focus on acting like a Technical BA/PM by providing support for the build and development of applications, coding support for integrating software, developing external interfaces, and maintaining technical documentation to align with business processes and IT requirements. Responsibilities:

• Configure and program the SAP ERP system to support business processes and IT integrations.

• Develop and maintain external interfaces to ensure seamless communication between systems.

• Provide coding support for SAP applications and build custom solutions as needed.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation for all system configurations and developments.

• Collaborate with functional leaders and users to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

• Support SAP modules such as Manufacturing, QM, PP, EWM, and PM to enhance operational efficiency.

• Work on SAP Data Services to ensure accurate data flow and integration.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.

• Conduct testing and validation of SAP system changes to ensure reliability.

• Stay updated on SAP best practices and emerging technologies to enhance system performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP configuration and programming.

• Expertise in SAP modules such as Manufacturing, QM, PP, EWM, and PM.

• Proficiency in SAP Data Services and system integration techniques.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.

• Experience in developing external interfaces and maintaining technical documentation.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and users to deliver optimal solutions.

• Knowledge of SAP best practices and emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
