Job Title: Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing employees who are receiving and shipping materials. This role requires strong computer skills for inventory management using Excel, along with skills in picking and packing orders of servers. Strong leadership skills desired. In this role, you would be working alongside the other associates and leads to keep up with production. Must be comfortable working alongside the team and being out on the floor.

Night shift 5:30pm-6:00am

Day shift** **5:30am - 5pm

**Will train on day shift for a few weeks

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.

+ Accurately place server racks on the data center floor using laser measuring devices.

+ Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics.

+ Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools.

+ Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and material condition.

+ Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenish orders for critical spare parts on site.

+ Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.

+ Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.

+ Maintain cleanliness and safety by performing cleanup activities and adhering to 5s standards.

+ Frequently push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in inventory management.

+ Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks.

+ Knowledge of warehouse inventory systems.

+ OSHA 10 certification.

+ Reliable transportation is a must.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Computer skills in Excel and Word.

+ Ability to effectively delegate and communicate tasks.

+ Attention to detail and safety awareness.

+ Basic computer literacy.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized warehouse environment. The position requires working every other Saturdays, with potential overtime based on workload.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
