**Location:** PA/NJ Region
**Pay Range:** $80,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of heavy civil construction? We’re looking for a **Project Engineer** who can roll up their sleeves, coordinate the details, and keep projects moving forward safely, efficiently, and profitably.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Review, submit, and track all project documentation and submittals
+ Design and support field operations with form/pour drawings, pick plans, and utility layouts
+ Interpret survey data, maps, and blueprints to support project planning
+ Partner with field crews to manage project costs, schedules, and performance
+ Visit job sites to verify progress, quality, and safety standards
+ Prepare cost reports and assist in claim tracking/submission
+ Stay ahead of deadlines and shifting priorities with smart problem-solving
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related)
+ At least **5 years’ experience** in heavy civil construction
+ Familiarity with OSHA practices, QA/QC, and industry best practices
+ Solid skills in Microsoft Office and project documentation
+ A valid driver’s license and ability to travel within 1–2 hours
+ Strong communicator who thrives under pressure
**Nice-to-Haves:** OSHA 10, marine construction background
