Job Title: Production Supervisor – Manufacturing
**Location:** Dallas, NC
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**PAY:** 60-90K Per Year
**Shift:** 6-5 M-F
Position Overview
We’re looking for a **hands-on Production Supervisor** to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role ensures production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and a passion for developing people in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and schedule production team members to meet daily and weekly goals.
+ Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety policies are followed.
+ Monitor production flow, adjust resources, and address bottlenecks to keep operations on track.
+ Train, mentor, and develop team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Keep accurate production records and reports.
+ Partner with other departments to align on goals and resolve issues quickly.

Minimum Qualifications
+ 5+ years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Solid understanding of safety and quality standards.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
+ Proven ability to motivate teams, identify strengths, and develop talent.
**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
