    Job Title: Maintenance Planner

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Planner, you will review equipment specifications and blueprints to determine the materials and labor required for preventative maintenance and repairs. You will also be responsible for developing job tasks and procedures, ordering materials, and creating schedules to ensure efficient operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Review equipment specifications and blueprints to determine material and labor needs for maintenance and repairs.

    + Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS for report generation and account balancing.

    + Develop job tasks and procedures to determine manpower and equipment requirements.

    + Order materials and develop schedules and charts.

    + Conduct planning meetings and establish daily job status update systems.

    + Communicate schedules with the team and incorporate 'run to run' plans to optimize resources.

    + Prepare backlog reports and understand shutdown operations for effective planning and scheduling.

    Essential Skills

    + Working knowledge of small capital projects and shutdowns.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and CMMS.

    + Experience in planning and scheduling with at least 2 years of experience.

    + Mechanical skills, maintenance repair knowledge, and schedule planning expertise.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in conveyor maintenance.

    + Experience with SAP or other maintenance software is a plus.

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate stairs and ladders throughout the day.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is set in a manufacturing environment with a 1st shift opportunity from 7am to 3:30pm. Be prepared to work in non-climate-controlled and outdoor environments.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of West Memphis, Arkansas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
