Job Title: Injection Mold Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are looking for an Injection Molding Room Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. The successful candidate will perform mold and tooling changes, make setup adjustments on molding machines, and ensure that equipment operates effectively to achieve optimal product quality.
Responsibilities
+ Set up, start up, and troubleshoot jobs within the molding department.
+ Perform mold and material changes as directed by the supervisor.
+ Conduct basic maintenance tasks on machinery as needed.
+ Support process improvements and cycle time optimizations.
+ Maintain departmental equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
+ Verify machine processes daily to ensure consistent quality.
+ Operate a forklift safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
+ Collaborate with machine operators, quality department, and molding supervisor.
+ Diagnose and repair minor maintenance issues on molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
+ Conduct necessary inspections and measurements to ensure part quality.
+ Maintain 5S standards within the work area.
+ Support molding team to help drive success.
+ Support SMED processes.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
+ Experience as a mold technician.
+ Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with setup and troubleshooting of molding machines.
+ Ability to operate a forklift and adhere to safety protocols.

This is a Permanent position based out of Caldwell, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
