    Job Title: Assembly Technician

    Job Description

    As an Assembly Technician, you will perform a variety of mechanical and electromechanical refrigeration assemblies from engineering drawings. This role involves conducting tests during subassembly to ensure parts are functioning correctly and documenting all processes diligently. You will work closely with senior technicians and may occasionally perform assembly and inspection in cold temperatures. The company specializes in creating large storage units for the medical industry, which function like vending machines to store and retrieve thousands of samples for medical professionals.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform mechanical and electromechanical refrigeration assemblies from engineering drawings.

    + Conduct tests during subassembly to ensure parts are functioning correctly.

    + Document all processes diligently.

    + Collaborate closely with Sr. technicians.

    + Perform assembly and inspection in cold temperatures when required.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years of electromechanical experience.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Computer skills.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Troubleshooting and repair skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Refrigeration experience highly preferred.

    + HVAC experience.

    + EPA certification.

    + Experience with refrigeration equipment.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
