    You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

     

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    + Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support

    + Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes

    + Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately

    + Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy

    + Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data

    + Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested

    + Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

    What you need to know about this position: Graphic Specialist, NA Creative Design Team

     

    Utilize current graphic design software knowledge to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, packaging, and informative/instructional material through various media outlets to fulfill stakeholder expectations and deadlines. Create designs, concepts, and samples based on layout principles and design knowledge to interpret stakeholder needs. Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies. Ability to professionally interact, communicate and present ideas with high proficiency to all levels of the organization. Attention to detail and organization regarding time, costs, deadlines, and quality product. Ability to follow verbal and written directives while adhering to Corporate Branding compliance. Large format printing/cutting equipment knowledge, motion graphics, editing video and sound, and working knowledge of HTML are a plus.

     

    + Exhibit proven technical skills of current graphic software to design for print and digital mediums.

    + Able to conceptualize visuals based on stakeholder requests.

    + Produce visual materials utilizing various creative mediums for presentations, promotional items, advertisements, packaging, and interactive documents for internal stakeholders and externally facing customer items.

    + Prioritize and manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines.

    + Work independently within a fast-paced team environment.

    + Prepare files for output on a digital color press.

    + Create and update web-based/MS SharePoint content and graphics.

    + Maintain brand consistency.

    + Understanding of professional business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.

    What extra ingredients you will bring:

    + Demonstrate working knowledge of animation, motion graphics, video, photography, website development, SharePoint, and web-based content management systems.

    Education / Certifications:

    + Minimum Associate degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is preferred.

    Job specific requirements:

    + **Photoshop** (advanced – mastery level)

    + **Illustrator** (advanced – mastery level)

    + **InDesign** (advanced – mastery level)

    + **Acrobat Pro** (advanced - mastery level)

    + **After Effects** (intermediate – mastery level)

    + **Premier Pro** (intermediate – mastery level)

    + **MS PowerPoint** (intermediate – mastery level)

    + **Microsoft Office/Office 365** (intermediate –mastery level)

    ** Additional graphic software not listed a plus.

    Travel requirements:

    + None

    Work schedule:

    + Monday through Friday 8am-4pm

     

    The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $60,000.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
