    Job Description

    As the Quality Engineering Manager, you will oversee part quality control, conducting activities related to quality inspection and improvement of supplier parts. You will also be responsible for analyzing new vehicle projects to ensure parts meet high-quality and international standards. Your role will include executing operational plans to maintain part quality, managing field claim analysis, supplier management, and part inspection. Additionally, you will analyze causes of part problems, lead improvement activities, and prepare for quality meetings. Facility and equipment management, investment cost execution, and the preparation and coordination of external events will also fall under your responsibilities. Participation in new vehicle projects involves preparing for inspection, establishing quality assurance plans, and responding to evaluations.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct quality inspection and improvement activities for supplier parts.

    + Analyze new vehicle projects to ensure parts meet international standards.

    + Execute operational plans to maintain part quality as per specifications.

    + Analyze causes of part problems and lead improvement activities.

    + Prepare and implement quality meetings.

    + Manage quality facility and equipment, including investment cost execution.

    + Coordinate and consult for external events.

    + Participate in new vehicle projects by preparing for inspection and establishing quality assurance plans.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 2 years of industry experience in quality engineering.

    + Experience with mechanical and electrical component investigations.

    + Strong preference for automotive industry experience.

    + Proficiency in root cause analysis and quality control.

    + Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.

    + Ability to understand drawings and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Problem-solving skills.

    + In-depth understanding of quality management systems.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
