    Job Title: Lead Interior Designer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Lead Project Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience in large-scale commercial and workplace interiors. This role involves leading design projects from concept through construction, managing client relationships, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead design projects from concept through construction.

    + Manage and develop client relationships effectively.

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative design solutions.

    + Ensure designs comply with building codes and ADA requirements.

    + Guide space planning, finish selection, and design documentation.

    + Coordinate client presentations and team leadership in fast-paced project environments.

    Essential Skills

    + 10+ years of experience in interior design, particularly in corporate commercial and workplace projects exceeding 200,000 sq ft.

    + NCIDQ certification is required.

    + Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Deltek Vision.

    + Strong abilities in space planning, finish selection, and design documentation.

    + Experience in building codes, ADA compliance, and sustainable design.

    + Capability to lead projects across all phases, including conceptual and technical design.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + NCARB preferred for Registered Architects.

    + Accreditation in sustainable design practices is preferred.

    Work Environment

    Join a 45-person studio with a team of 11 interior designers. Enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule with three days in-office and the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.     This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
