Job Title: Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description

Join our team as a Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist where you will play a crucial role in the medication management of specialty pharmaceuticals and related supplies. This position involves working closely with pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians in a closed-door pharmacy fulfillment site.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in the processing of pharmacy orders, ensuring all necessary items are included and adhere to regulations and company policies.

+ Perform drug and supply ordering, and manage inventory effectively.

+ Ensure proper storage of drugs and supplies, including the refrigeration of perishable products.

+ Monitor and adjust pharmacy equipment as necessary to maintain optimal operation.

Essential Skills

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Pharmacy experience or packing medication experience required.

+ Must be able to lift 35 lbs throughout the day and remain on feet all day.

+ Attention to detail with no room for error.

+ Positive attitude and self-motivation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Pharmacy Technician Certification/Registration preferred but not required.

+ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, order entry, inventory management, and administrative support.

+ Opportunity to be cross-trained as a pharmacy technician, with potential for national certification.

Work Environment

This role is based in a closed-door pharmacy fulfillment site with standard hours from 2PM-11PM, Monday through Friday, with optional overtime available on weekends. The environment offers a collaborative experience with rapid hire opportunities and potential for long-term employment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oviedo, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
