    GENERAL PRODUCTION WORKER

    Description:

A top fabrication shop—recognized as one of the "Fab 40" in the U.S.—is hiring General Production Workers to join their growing team. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and we offer a rapid interview process to get you started quickly!

    Responsibilities:

    • Safely remove parts from steel sheets.

    • Stack and organize parts for the next operations.

    • Use hand tools to remove tabbing or scale.

    • Analyze each piece for surface quality defects.

    • Accurately record completed work on the computer.

    Essential Skills:

    • Experience in labor-intensive roles.

    • Minimum 6+ months tenure in the most recent position.

    • Consistent job tenure of 1 year or more in industrial/production roles.

    • 1+ year experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operation.

    • 1+ year experience using hand tools or power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1+ year experience in a construction environment.

    • 1+ year experience in industrial assembly.

    • 1+ year experience working with sheet metal.

    Work Environment:

    • Work hours: Monday–Thursday, 2 PM to 12:30 AM

    Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
