    Job Title: Telehealth Nurse Job Description

    A Telehealth Nurse is responsible for ensuring the health and wellness of employees within the organization. This role involves triaging employees over the phone or video, developing plans for their return to work or further medical attention, and collaborating with the company to create an infection control plan. Additionally, the Telehealth Nurse educates employees on measures to prevent common ailments, collaborates with the HR team on return-to-work guidelines, and manages workers' compensation claims.

    Responsibilities

    + Triage employees over the phone or video and create action plans based on medical concerns.

    + Clear employees for return to work.

    + Ensure new employees complete required medical screenings, including physicals and vaccines.

    + Collaborate with HR to ensure adherence to OSHA requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + Telehealth experience

    + Registered Nurse (RN) qualification

    + Experience in telemedicine

    + Medical assisting skills

    + Patient care expertise

    + Proficiency in Epic systems

    + RMA certification

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Telehealth qualification

    Work Environment

    The Telehealth Nurse will work in a busy outpatient office, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The nurse will be part of a team managing 50-100 patients per day. There are openings in three different offices: Scarsdale, Hawthorne, and Yonkers, NY.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scarsdale, New York.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00/hr.
