    We are seeking a passionate, trend-obsessed candidate to join a leading **consumer beauty brand’s engagement team** . This role provides hands-on experience supporting influencer relations and advocacy efforts across product launches, campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Influencer + Social Media, you’ll help bring the influencer strategy to life—building relationships, supporting activations, tracking performance, and staying ahead of the ever-evolving creator landscape.

     

    The ideal candidate is energetic, social-media savvy, and deeply immersed in influencer culture and beauty trends. You’ll play a key role in executing influencer campaigns, managing relationships, and supporting cross-functional teams in driving best-in-class content and activations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in identifying and managing influencer talent for product and brand campaigns.

    + Maintain influencer database, manage PR lists, and contribute to program recaps.

    + Draft influencer briefs, track emerging talent, and support content ideation.

    + Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and seamless execution of influencer campaigns.

    + Apply research and trend insights toward creator briefs and strategies.

    + Provide administrative support, including POs, shipping/product send-outs, and event logistics.

    + Support experiential events, both virtually and in-person, ensuring smooth execution.

    + Assist social team with shoot setup, content ideation, and creation.

    + Stay current on influencer guidelines, social regulations, and evolving best practices.

    Job Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience in influencer relations, social media, or content marketing.

    + Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

    + Strong negotiation and communication skills with influencers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

    + Ability to analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media analytics/listening tools.

    + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Self-motivated, positive, and collaborative, with a passion for beauty, content, and social trends.

Products are sold across major retailers, specialty beauty stores, freestanding shops, and online, with availability in over 70 countries.

     

    **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
