    Construction Laborer - START ASAP!!

     

    _Gorham, ME | 1st shift - $21 – $25/hr | #AeroJobsMEVTC_

     

    We are hiring construction laborers to support a variety of paving and excavation projects across the region. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in outdoor labor. Each day begins at our Gorham office before heading to job sites. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform paving and site preparation tasks

    + Assist with grading, finishing, and general labor duties

    + Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently

    + Lift and move materials regularly (up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 70 lbs)

    + Maintain a clean and organized job site

    + Commit to working extended hours during peak season

    Qualifications:

    + 1–2 years of experience in construction or paving

    + Familiarity with basic tools and equipment

    + Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

    + Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

    Work Environment:

    + Outdoor work in various weather conditions

    + Physical labor required

    + Standard construction dress code

    + Daily start at Gorham office before traveling to job sites

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
