    Company Urgently Hiring Heavy Equipment Operator!!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated heavy equipment operator to join our team in Ocean, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the movement of soil and other materials, primarily operating an excavator and dozer. Proficiency in operating both CAT and DEERE controls on the excavator is required. In addition to operating heavy equipment, the candidate will also support the crew on the ground when needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and dozers to move soil and other materials.

    + Utilize both CAT and DEERE controls on the excavator.

    + Support the crew on the ground with various tasks as needed.

    + Ensure all equipment is used safely and efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers.

    + Experience in construction and troubleshooting.

    + Ability to operate both CAT and DEERE controls.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA Certifications are a plus.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    Work Environment

     

    Work alongside a dedicated management team in a dynamic environment. Standard working days are Monday through Friday. The role requires a hands-on approach, contributing both in equipment operation and ground support.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocean Township, New Jersey.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
