Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Maintenance Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong understanding of various CNC machines and other manufacturing facility systems.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and other shop equipment including panel saws, edgebanders, routers, and forklifts.
+ Perform general building maintenance and repair such as HVAC and evaporative cooling systems.
+ Ensure proper safety records and procedures are maintained.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and pneumatic systems by consulting manuals, blueprints, schematics, and other sources.
+ Repair CNC machinery and other equipment.
+ Develop and train employees on CMMs.
+ Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance System (PMS).
+ Order parts and coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies for timely and accurate completion of work.
+ Understand and follow maintenance schedules, inspect equipment, and make small repairs and adjustments as needed.
+ Keep track of all maintenance equipment/tools and inventory of parts.
+ Quote parts and assist in developing an inventory system for equipment parts.
+ Spend 20% of time on general facilities maintenance.
Essential Skills
+ Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience in maintenance repair and maintenance electrical.
+ Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, and troubleshooting guides.
+ 4+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ 1+ year of lead experience.
+ Ability to repair CNC machinery, panel saws, edgebanders, routers, and forklifts.
+ Forklift experience.
+ Ability to lift moderate to heavy items.
+ Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing ladders, and working at heights.

Work Environment
Work in a swamp-cooled environment with large fans. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
