• General Laborer – Concrete Precast Yard

**Location:** Gretna, Nebraska

**Job Type:** Contract to Hire

**Start Date:** Immediate

Looking to get your hands dirty and build something that lasts? Join a hardworking crew in Gretna, NE, where you'll help shape concrete structures from the ground up. This is a dynamic, field-based role for individuals who thrive in outdoor environments and enjoy physical, hands-on work.

•** **What You’ll Do

+ Set up and prep forms for concrete pours

+ Cut wire and tie rebar to reinforce structures

+ Move materials across the site efficiently

+ Pour and finish concrete in prepared forms

+ Operate hand tools and construction equipment

•️** **What You Bring

+ At least 6 months of construction experience (general or utility)

+ Familiarity with concrete work and hand tools

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs from ground to truck level

+ Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

•** **Bonus Skills

+ Experience with dirt work and utility construction

+ Ability to operate excavators, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment

+ Fitting and laying experience in construction projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
